I was in Columbus, OH recently for a trade show and had diner one night at RJ Snapper. I can be hit or miss with seafood so I wsn't overly thrilled when I heard that's where we were going....

I ordered their Halibut special - I believe it had macadamia crust and an asian-infused broth/sauce.... There's no way I'll be able to do it justiice by describing it, but let me tell you -- it was one of the best meals I've had EVER!

If you happen to be in Columbus, I highly recommend checking them out and keep your fingers crossed that they're serving that dish. YUM!

I've actually been to RJ Snapper!! How random is that??

I think my all time favorite meal was at Olives in the Bellagio, Vegas. I had a veal chop...simple but amazing enough that I remember it all these years later. The last time I was there they'd taken it off the menu :( So sad.

I love food. Any other favorite meals out there??

I have heard so many good things about Citrus at Social on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles. Story has it that the food is spectacular and the wine list extensive. It is my hope to dine there soon. If anyone has been there, please share your experience.

Some So Cali friends of mine had a fabulous dining experience at Citrus Social. Their meal was superb, the wine list seemed endless, and the atmosphere divine. It's at the top of my "to do list" next visit.

I have yet the opportunity to dine at Citrus at Social. However, I too, have heard awesome things about it. I will be in the area next month and will share my dining experience with fellow Corktraders.

If you are ever in Redlands, we have an amazing place to dine. It's called THE FARM. The food is delicious with a fabulous wine list. It's a cozy little restaurant located on State Street (the center of downtown). You will find yourself longing to make a return visit.

THANK YOU - MARY! My husband and I recently took your suggestion of dining at The Farm. It was wonderful - I can't thank you enough. We look forward to a return visit.

Help! I think have exhausted the list of fine dining restaurants in the IE. With friends coming to visit, I would appreciate any suggestions.

Ween - I have friends in Redlands, and they introduced me to a restaurant called Isabella's. The food was delicious and they have a rather impressive wine list. It's location is a bit odd in a mini mall behind a 76 gas station. However, once inside - the atmosphere is very pleasing. I would defintely dine there again, and highly recommend it.
