2004 Mankas Hills Vineyards Mankas Crest Dry Rose

The current focus of Mankas Hills efforts is to produce world class Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are situated on prime gravelly loam land with ideal slope and drainage to grow Cabernet Sauvignon. Particular attention was paid to lay down the vine trellis to optimize drainage and light exposure.

Winemaker notes: Crisp, fruity and invigorating, this 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon dry rose' wine has delicate layers of watermellon and casaba. Flavors of oak and vanilla linger in your mouth as you enjoy the wine. The texture is refreshing with a distinctive mild astringency from the soft tannins. Try it chilled for summer outings and picnics with mild cheese, cold pizzas, sashimi, fruit and light pastries.
